    This spacious and comfortable setting is ideal for weddings, cocktail receptions and social functions. The room comes complete with a food station and kitchen area which can be used for food/cutlery storage and washing up. The dining area has central air conditioning, ceiling fans, dimmer lights and large support columns which can be decorated to add pizzazz to your event. Weddings, cocktail receptions, social functions, anniversary parties and all events of a similar nature.   • Venue Rules:

    NO defacing of the property.

  • Extra Info:

    Site visits are available by appointment, Monday - Friday, 9am to 12 noon and 1pm to 3pm.

    We have on site security. If additional security is required, we need to be notified of all requirements.

    The venue is available for set up from 7am on the day of the function. The fee for setting up the day before is TT $2,500.00.

    A 50% deposit on the venue fee is required to secure a date. Final payment for venue must be made at least two (2) weeks before the event.

    Bar services must be sourced through one of our preferred suppliers.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    95% of the down payment will be returned if the event is cancelled five (5) months before the date of the function. 50% of the down payment will be refunded if the event is cancelled three (3) months before the date of the function. No refund is provided if cancellation is made less than two (2) months before the event date
